CARPIGIANI - Coldelite offers several gravity soft serve freezer models from a compact, one flavor model to a large capacity, two flavor machine that can produce approximately 540 (4 oz.) servings an hour based on 40% overrun.

Pressurized models for higher production and higher yield are also available and shown below with a “P” in the model number.

PASTOCHEF RTX machines blend, cook, heat, cool, age and preserve over 100 modern sweets and pastry mix specialties, all in a perfectly sanitary fashion.
