Our batch freezers are available in 10 models, ranging from 4 quart to 37 quart cylinders, from our single speed counter model to our two-speed Tru-2 machines, designed for ultimate performance and flexibility in making the widest range of products.

Soft Serve

 

Our compact counter models can mean big profits in small places, while our floor models come in a wide range of sizes and with either gravity-fed (G) or pump-fed (P) dispensing. Whether you have an ice cream parlor, a fast food store, a Frozen Yogurt operation, or anything in between, we are sure you will find Carpigiani has the perfect machine to meet your own production demands. PastoChef

PASTOCHEF RTX machines blend, cook, heat, cool, age and preserve over 100 modern sweets and pastry mix specialties, all in a perfectly sanitary fashion. Just to name a few, custards and cream for fillings, chocolate tempering for the production of assorted filled chocolates, confection of cakes, almonds, fruit jellies, ice-cream mix and shakes, béchamel and sauces.

Whipped Topping

Kwik Whipper models work perfectly with both heavy cream and vegetable-based products. They are also flavor-flexible, and capable of producing superior quality mousse and spumone.

Agemaster

Our third generation mixing and aging vats feature the same technological advances found in our industry leading Pastomaster RTX units. These new machines preserve and age frozen dessert mixes, protecting them from any bacteriological contamination. They are also the ideal solution for preparing cold base mix.

Hot Chocolate

Our hot chocolate machines are designed to heat and mix many different kinds of drinks (tea, coffee, milk, mulled wine,etc.) and especially chocolate, in a way that ensures perfect smoothness and thickness every time. It cooks the chocolate using a baine-marie method, through a set of simple steps, producing an excellent product in just a few minutes...
