PastoChef

PASTOCHEF RTX machines blend, cook, heat, cool, age and preserve over
100 modern sweets and pastry mix specialties, all in a perfectly
sanitary fashion. Just to name a few, custards and cream for fillings,
chocolate tempering for the production of assorted filled chocolates,
confection of cakes, almonds, fruit jellies, ice-cream mix and shakes,
béchamel and sauces.
Whipped Topping

Kwik Whipper models work perfectly with both heavy cream and
vegetable-based products. They are also flavor-flexible, and capable of
producing superior quality mousse and spumone.
Agemaster

Our third generation mixing and aging vats feature the same
technological advances found in our industry leading Pastomaster RTX
units. These new machines preserve and age frozen dessert mixes,
protecting them from any bacteriological contamination. They are also
the ideal solution for preparing cold base mix.
