NORDIKA Ice Cream blast freezers are equipped with shelves to support 6 16x36 ice-cream pans.

In fact, in ice cream prepared using Nordika blast freezers, residual free water is rapidly transformed into microcrystals. In this way, the ice cream maintains its initial quality for longer, so it is creamier, has more volume and is easier to serve.
