These new machines preserve and age frozen dessert mixes, protecting them from any bacteriological contamination. They are also the ideal solution for preparing cold base mix. Operation is fully automatic.

The Agemaster 60 RTX is an aging vat designed to store heat-treated mix, and to prepare cold mix. It allows you to cold prep, store and/or age your base mixes until you are ready to use them for production. Storage capacity is up to 60 liters (16 gallons) of mix.

Agemaster 60+60 RTX The Agemaster 60+60 RTX features two separate mixing and storage tanks. Storage capacity is up to 120 liters (32 gallons) of total mix, making it the ideal solution for contemporary storage of gelato mix and sorbet mix, ice cream mix and sherbet mix, or any other combination.
