Carpigiani's Master Tronic RTX line of electronic equipment is the industry's preferred around the world. It is designed for the complete treatment and storage of artisan frozen dessert mixes.

This new generation is a result of extensive performance improvements on earlier versions, and offers gourmet ice cream, gelato, and specialty dessert makers the highest level of quality and flexibility, fulfilling all their production demands.

Master Tronic RTX machines are designed to prepare, heat, cool, preserve, age, and transfer all your mixes.

PASTOMASTER RTX machines mix, heat, age, and transfer frozen dessert mixes, keeping record of every step throughout each cycle. They offer extensive programs for making gelato mix, ice cream mix, sorbet mix, sherbet mix, as well as programs for making other specialties. There are 2 models available, with production capacities of 60 and 120 liters (16 and 32 gallons) of mix per cycle.

Our AGEMASTER RTX machines were created to age your base mix, or to simply keep it chilled until you are ready to use it in production. Thanks to recent advances in the industry, Agemaster units may also be used to prepare cold base mixes, making them highly versatile and useful to the gourmet ice cream or gelato producer.

They are available in 3 models, ranging from 60 to 120 liters (16 to 32 gallons) capacity.

Our batch freezers are available in 10 models, ranging from 4 quart to 37 quart cylinders, from our single speed counter model to our two-speed Tru-2 machines, designed for ultimate performance and flexibility in making the widest range of products.

Our compact counter models can mean big profits in small places, while our floor models come in a wide range of sizes and with either gravity-fed (G) or pump-fed (P) dispensing. Whipped Topping

Kwik Whipper models work perfectly with both heavy cream and vegetable-based products. They are also flavor-flexible, and capable of producing superior quality mousse and spumone.

Our third generation mixing and aging vats feature the same technological advances found in our industry leading Pastomaster RTX units. These new machines preserve and age frozen dessert mixes, protecting them from any bacteriological contamination. They are also the ideal solution for preparing cold base mix.
